Biography

Albert J. Lepore, Jr. was a partner and former President of Coia & Lepore, Ltd. He practiced in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Social Security disability law. He litigated many workers' compensation claims on behalf of injured employees. He was admitted to the R.I. Bar in 1990 and focused his practice in these areas. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He was a graduate of Moses Brown School, Suffolk University and Vermont Law School. He was a member of the R.I. Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Bench/Bar Committee, Justinian Law Society and R.I. Trial Lawyers Association. He had authored written materials and provided lectures for the R.I. Bar Association, as well as other organizations in the area of workers' compensation law.
